Brewing Log

This is a an adaptation of a recipe for a Russian Imperial Stout from HomeBrewTalk.

This is an adaptation of a clone recipe of Jester King's Bier de Miel using harvested yeast from a bottle of theirs and honey from my own hives.

This is a simple American Pale Ale hopped with Citra and Strata.

This is modified version of the base beer for Snorkel from Jester King. This beer will be split into 4-5 different fermenters and each will be pitched with a different wild yeast.

This is slightly modified clone of Snörkel from Jester King brewing. They released homebrew recipes for a few of their favorite beers (including this one) recently and I am taking advantage of that, but utilizing ingredients that are easier for me to acquire.
